Conclusion~ ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ

Wohoo~ Finally, here comes CONCLUSION~ Almost end my individual assignmentimageimageimage

Based on my research conducted at Starbucks Aeon (Alpha Angle), 2% of the service taken 1 minute and below, 12% is more than 1 minute, 39% taken more than 2 minutes, 34% taken more than 3 minutes and 13% taken more than 4 minutes. As we know that Starbucks' employees are well trained in order to complete customer's order around 2 minutes. It is considers fast. I also get some information from my friend who had worked in Starbucks before. My friend told me that Starbucks provides 2 weeks of training to new employees. Employees need to learn their recipes and finish preparing the drinks in short time.

However, sometimes they might take more time because of the amount of food and beverages that customers order or customers take a long time to think about what they want to order. This causes their average time to be inconsistent.

Besides that, I also compared the average time between Day 1 and Day 2. The chart shows that the comparison is not consistent. Sometimes, the average times of Day 1 or Day 2 are longer due to the reason that I have mentioned in first paragraph.

In conclusion, Starbucks' speed services can be more improved in order to meet the requirement of customers. Starbucks should allocate their employees consistently and efficiently in order to improve their speed services.

Graph & Chart Analysis ʕ´•ᴥ•`ʔ

HI~ It's me again~image Now to continue my work... Hope you will be patient while watching my video..because I have faced some difficulties when editing my video. image

I believe that you have read my preview post. Now let me explain the analysis that I have done~

imageimage

After collecting my data and converting it into tables, here comes my graph and chart analysis:

The graph above shows the average time of Starbucks' services for each customer. *s= seconds

Day 1: Period 1= 135.25 s, period 2= 114.75 s, period 3= 193.25 s, period 4= 165.29 s & period 5= 153 s.
Day 2: Period 6=255.29 s, period 7= 198.43 s, period 8= 155.4 s, period 9= 212.67 s & period 10= 115 s.

imageimage

The chart above shows the comparison of average times between Day 1 & Day 2. As we can see, period 1 to period 5 are categorized in Day 1 while period 6 to period 10 are categorized in Day 2. I'm using these periods to compare the average time of Starbucks' service for each customer in these 2 days. The reason for longer service duration is usually due to customers ordering a lot of food & beverages.

The chart above shows the percentages of service duration.

The end of my analysis.
